I got the fix, the problem was on Quovery side, the password should be encoded.

You can refer to the issue encode/databases#409 for more information.

Even if Qovery Postgres deployment works for Django, there will be users who will be using Flask, FastAPI, or any other python framework.

This should probably be solved from Quovery side instead of redirecting the user to the Community Forum where all the examples are in Django. That wasn't helpful at all.
