Menu anomaly about qtodotxt2

I still don't get this problem. I also have a Win7-64bit machine here at work. I downloaded WinPython 3.5.3.1, installed to C:\WinPython... and launched \path\to\QTodoTxt2\bin\qtodotxt.pyw inside the "WinPython Command Prompt". Which GPU do you have? I got nvidia here. I went ahead and installed on my home computer as well to try out.
home computer - AMD Radeon HD 7570 and it seems to work fine.
work computer - NVIDIA Quadro M2000M show this above mention problem

something in the video driver is causing this? i'll try and play around with a few setting to see if i can change anything. but hope this helps.

edit: changed my home computer to NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 and still works fine. odd...

How do you run/install QTodoTxt2? I will try to make a minimal example, so we can test, if it is about our code or your setup.

Can you help others at issue #58 ?

i run QTodoTxt2 from the python source using WinPython. Running the latest..
added the steps to install/run from the souce for issue #58.
