Hi @pmbanka, Unfortunately, I think it is not possible. We already have some rules how to write PR descriptions, but people just ignore them :( There is nothing i can do.

Strongly agree with @pmbanka. Ask them to modify the PR summary?

@joelcollinsdc you will still get initial email without the link. and then one more with my message asking for a better commit summary, and then one more with changes. Do we really want it?

I totally agree with you guys, but its hard to force people to follow some rules :(

Long and complex way:

Have a bot moderate the PRs. "Thanks for contributing, looks like you're missing the link in the PR comment", or "Thanks for contributing, looks like you have a line ending issue. Please fix and update the PR". But would it be worth the effort?
