ERR_INVALID_HANDLE about qutebrowser

Weird, I've never seen this before. A few questions:

• Anything interesting in the terminal when you start with --temp-basedir?
• What macOS version are you on, on what hardware?
• Do other browsers work? (ideally Chromium-based, e.g. Google Chrome)
• Anything interesting about the network on that machine, e.g. firewall software running?

macOS Sonoma 14.4 on MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020

* Do other browsers work? (ideally Chromium-based, e.g. Google Chrome)

All the other browsers work.

* Anything interesting about the network on that machine, e.g. firewall software running?

Nope. There’s nothing fancy on the network.
