I am currently Tech Manager at Wake Tech (Locaweb),Leading BI, Innovation, SysOps and Experiences Module teams.

In this role, I work with Tech Leads and PMs to organize and execute all demands and objectives, always aiming to achieve OKRs within deadlines, focusing on quality and performance.

In addition, I have a special focus on people management, preparing action plans for the development and individual growth of each team member.

Always looking for innovations, improvements and processes, I am driven by the desire to find new solutions to challenges and exceed the expectations of our customers and end users.
