How to install pyaudio :

1. Choose PyAudio‑0.2.11‑cp37‑cp37m‑win32.whl if you use 32 bit, or PyAudio‑0.2.11‑cp37‑cp37m‑win_amd64.whl for 64 bit. Then go to your download folder:
2. cd <your_download_path>
3. pip install PyAudio‑0.2.11‑cp3x‑cp37m‑win_amd64.whl
