Including Symbol Completions about t3s

Hello,

Normaly the plugin will loose the normal auto completion only for .ts file it should not affect other file extension type.

If your question is to have both for .ts files, i already tried that but the two, together, doesn't mix well. I've tried differents solutions, but for now i didn't find something that is flawless, meaning sometimes the plugin autocompletion will not show up when using dot completions.

I might add a settings to enable it for people who want to try, for the next version, but in my opinion it's not good and i'm not sure there's a solution.

i've added the setting in the dev branch so you can now have both auto completion activated (check the readme of dev branch)
