it is the normal behavior, since we have to enable to sdi mode of R.
For the moment, there are no fixes..
I might be able to find a solution in the future...

I do not fully get the logics. Before updating R (from R-2.15.x to R-3.1.2) R-Box did not open a separate session with each ctrl+enter. Thus it was technically possible. Now it does. Can you explain why this behavior depends on the R-version? How do users deal with that?

Did you turn on the sid mode when you were using 2.15? I haven't changed anything since then.

Thats interesting. I use R-Box with the standard configurations before
and after the update, no change after the update. I think sid mode is
the default, right?

No, sdi is not the default for R. But R-box needs sdi mode in order to work.
