I think allowing dynamically changing the injected saga is fine. However, I don't think the change you want to make fully works, because the eject wouldn't work properly. So I'm open to a PR if we can account for the eject properly.
Alternatively, if I was making this app, I would probably just use one saga and change my logic within the actual saga. Something like that seems easier to follow, but maybe I'm not considering everything with your use case.

Sorry @BenLorantfy, like most problems once it "works for me" it drops off the radar pretty quickly. I actually don't even remember that change. I do have to come back to this some day, but priorities are an uncompromising master right now.
