🆗 , "phantomjs-prebuilt" 这个依赖做了什么,https://github.com/react-component/rc-tools/blob/master/package.json#L93。
phantomjs 太慢了，而且不标准，可以淘汰了

我们其实是想搞个完全不依赖渲染引擎的，比如 jsdom 这种 ant-tool/atool-test#15

@yiminghe 说说好处啊, 跟jsdom没有冲突，我们需要把功能测试覆盖起来，不能缺失啊
