INotifyPropertyChanging Collision when used with mscorlib.extenstions.dll about reactiveui

I haven't gotten around to adding WP7.1 support, you might have to
compile the binaries by hand and get rid of the
INotifyPropertyChanging shim.

I also noticed System.Windows.Interactivity was also "rolled back" to a previous version, presumably during the nuget package installation.

Fixed in RxUI 3.0
