@IDisposable If you're feeling brave, I believe that this code was stolen from Rx, which actually might benefit a lot from an improvement like this, maybe submit it to https://github.com/Reactive-Extensions/Rx.NET?

Wee, I've submitted a pull to the mono.rx version and the rx.codeplex.com project... now to that one and here?

@IDisposable You can probably close the mono.rx version, that's just a mirror of the rx.codeplex.com version
