see https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/build-definitions/blob/main/pipelines/release-build.sh for the bundle build
and https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/build-definitions/blob/main/tasks/appstudio-utils/release-build.sh for the base image build for tasks.

I have prepared a change which is integrated with git releases. It's extension of redhat-appstudio/infra-deployments#56 . Basically when release in build-definitions is created, then it will trigger build of build-templates-bundle and appstudio-utils with tag of release tag. With this we can remove ClusterTasks from infra-deployments since we can point to kustomization.yaml in this repository and define which tag to use.

Well, the issue is there are two build tags at the moment specified in two places. One for pipelines bundle and one for cluster task images. I think that given the bundle can only hold 10 pipelines+tasks, we'll evolve how we ship pipelines eventually.
Using a kustomization that points to build definitions repo is an excellent idea and will remove the dual copies and simplify release. We'll need to update devmode as well to allow incremental dev on the cluster
