Good idea @castastrophe. I added that to a few already on the typography page. Would it be useful for all headings?

Yes please! I would love that. I'm often trying to describe a concept and want to link directly to the topic in documentation.

This has been added! It works great for one word headings, but unfortunately is adding %20 between two words. For example, "Component status" becomes ux.redhat.com/accordion#Component%20status. @castastrophe @wesruv not sure if there's a way to fix that, but at least you can link to it directly!

That’s no problem! That %20 is URL encoding for a space. I can help with cleansing the ID being used but I suspect this is fine. Very helpful thank you!

We might be able to get a plug-in that adds these anchors for us, or just write one... I can take a look

we can add this easily enough with a plugin, then iterate on the design towards IA impl.

Not necessarily. I guess this one talks about adding anchor links, while #422 talks about adding the clipboard copy button that makes the anchor links easier to use, but I think these can be combined.

These anchor links will use clipboard copy, so we're going to close #422 as a duplicate.
