Some ideas:
- darvin/plato LinusCDE/plato - Plato reader port. Supports pdfs, epubs, many other formats.

- LinusCDE/plato - Another plato port with more features
The text "Another plato port with more features" is an example. I dont like the idea of writing something that sounds like
"hey, try this port instead because it's better".
Also looking forward to darvin opinion.

I like those templates all.
Though I prefer the ones with the full author names since it's more descriptive. The 3rd one is probably best in my opinion. Since the software is the same having the same descriptions seems fine. Any distinction would either be a rephrasing of the same or something along the lines of your 4th example which I also quite dislike.
Seems that @darvin's last activity was about 2-3 weeks ago.
Maybe we should wait another month for a response before discussing on the actual solution.
(I recently used this bot for adding a reminder to a project that will only likely continue in the next semester.)

Since @darvin didn't respond until now i think, that we should slowly decide on something in the next few days.
