Hi @waaux thanks for your bug report. Please could you confirm which version of Faraday you're using?

• If you're using a Gemfile & bundler (recommended), you can find out with: bundle info faraday
• If you ran gem install remove_bg to install the gem, you can find out with: gem info faraday

I was able to replicate the issue - turns out we have a compatibility issue with Faraday 0.14. If you could please update your Faraday version to >= 0.15.0 this should resolve the issue.

The latest version of remove_bg reflects the real minimum version of Faraday required, so if you bundle update remove_bg it should resolve a compatible Faraday version too. Sorry about the confusion.
