This is already automatically possible when you have the right car and the right licenses on MB side. A device tracker is created on start-up. See https://community.home-assistant.io/t/mercedes-me-component/41911/1214 for an visual example.
In case this is not working for you. Please check if the tracker works in your MB App and check if you have a valid license in the MBApp - This component is using the same API like the App.
