Support multiple repos for one author about reposense

We can omit the github username in the author-config.csv to indicate that the row should be combined with the author in the previous row.

@damithc Do the current merge group for the group by author does what you need? Now, we can use the commit panel already. Do you need to view the authorship pannel also? The authorship panel may be a bit confusing if we combine it from different repos.
