Support Automatic Submission Tracking about restkit

This is my biggest concern with RestKit at the moment, too. What comes to my mind regarding this:

• queue of pending (unfinished) requests
• retry of requests in this queue
• persistence of this queue when app get's quit

the RestKit core data internals and should have it merged to development by
early next week.
