[Tablet] Can't select country about paisa

For some reason I downloaded the latest published version and it didn't work at all, the post says it's 3.0.5 but I downloaded 3.0.4, capable of being an error?

I downloaded the previous release and it works correctly, it lacks polishing details, but it helps me write things down.

Edit: the previous release is the 3.0.2 version.
