I can write the hidden .rrt file in the users' root directory to a folder called .rrt instead, then put the .rrt file in there, and allows us flexibility to put other things in there in the future

@sckott I think I follow you here, but just to clarify, I think that the idea of creating a .rrt directory inside a users home dir is a good idea. However, the file we are creating right now should not have the same name as the dir. (.rrt) Instead, the file should be named config. That will follow pretty standard practice from what I have seen over the years when a program creates it's own special dir for configuration info, etc.

@cmosetick Right, I decided to go with a dir of .rrt/, then the log file with records for all RRT is at .rrt/rrt.txt, then there's a www dir in there where the RRT html files will go, his will be nice since they will persist even when the R session is killed
