rrt_refresh generates warnings about packageDescription about checkpoint

Also, it looks like rrt_refresh failed to install the data.table package.

Ignore that previous comment -- I now understand that I need to use rrt_install to actually install the packages.

@revodavid Thanks for the report. You are correct, rrt_init and rrt_refresh don't install packages, you have to use rrt_install for that.

The packageDescription bug seems to be in the getsysreq function, I'll look into that
