Multiple Series Error about grafana-dashboards

I had this error when I was receiving metrics from both Consul targets and static targets. The moment I turned off Consul, the error disappeared. Not sure if thats the cause though.

I also had this issue. Don't know if this is possible for you, but since I was running Prometheus in a container, I just deleted all the storage of the database, and now it works. You have to delete the duplicate series, I suppose. Don't know how to do it cass by case, tough.

I am having this same issue, it was working fine for few days and now gave me the error, however newly added server is fine though
