Fix callback from dpd-passport to match an angularjs route

In fix 07bc0169834436f5a940f0c0317e4968156d3f0c we fixed the callback. 1. We have to fix the route from going to just `http://localhost:2043/` to be able to go to `http://localhost:2403/#/dashboard/intro`

You need to add the `http://localhost:2403/%23/dashboard/intro` to be able to redirect. Thank you @andreialecu.
