Thanks, you're right -- and yeah, those regexps are a bit sloppy, so should be tidied up.

I do think the lint will act correctly only the second operand is sharp-quoted:

(defalias 'org-starter-get-files-in-path #'org-starter--get-files-in-path)  ; this is okay
(define-obsolete-function-alias 'org-starter-load-local-variable #'org-starter-org-mode-hook "0.2.9")  ; this is okay

so it's possible to make melpazoid and the byte-compiler happy at the same time, but this should be improved.
