Comments (2)
The comments are stored, they're just not yet displayed in a DOM element. I talked about this in the readme. The comments are pushed to Firebase, and stored on the annotator object. So if you called:
var myAnnotator = new Annotator({selector: 'body', db: 'https://brilliant-torch-2878.firebaseio.com/'})
You can access comments via myAnnotator.annotations
from annotator.
When you click submit this event handler is triggered:
https://github.com/ritchiea/annotator/blob/master/annotator.js#L53
The values are pulled from the form, the Annotation constructor is called to create a new annotation, and calls the function updateDb()
which just pushes to Firebase and looks like this:
function updateDb(data) {
fireBaseStore.push(data);
}
The data on myAnnotator will get updated by the Firebase callback on line 19:

from annotator.
