Therefore, the objective of this paper is to present the most used Project management methodologies, tools and techniques used by project managers, which can be applied in our day by day, such as Project Management Body of Knowledge guide (PMBOK), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), MS Project, Project Canvas and the methodology agile with the Scrum framework. In the research, it was found that using the concepts; it is possible that people can plan, even if they are not able to acquire software licenses due to their high cost. However, despite that, there are alternatives that can be used.

This project uses Bootstrap. Bootstrap is a front end framework used to design responsive web pages and applications. It takes a mobile-first approach to web development, and includes pre-built CSS styles and classes, plus some JavaScript functionality. In this course, I learned how to build responsive websites with Bootstrap, and use its included classes to style buttons, images, forms, navigation, and other common elements.
