Re-enable /dev protectall about uskyblock

This should be a temporally return as when you make WG as depended protection it shouldn't be needed anymore after the first few public releases.
I also like to see the purge system working again. This will keep the clutter form players that only log in once, create an island and never come back to the server.

It might not be needed, since we now re-create the region more often than before (maybe too often).

Can this be closed now that WG protect is the only option?
Or maybe it should still be implemented for those servers that have only ever used the non WG protection.....

can you explain about recreating the region periodically, so not needing purges?

Currently, we simply create the region on plugin-load and/or player-join if:
a) It doesn't exist or
b) The current version of WorldGuardHandler hasn't been written to the island config.

oh worldguard region, not chunk region. I was thinking of cleaning out old islands and moving them ot the orphan list so the locations can be reused. The mechanism was buggy in 1.0.8 and am hoping is working better now - haven't had my 2.0.0 skyblock world long enough to need it yet.

This is now obsolete as WG is the primary protection and include all islands when update to newer versions

I tested purge on a copy of my world and it kicked up many errors of this nature:

are they of any concern?

No, I don't think so.
It basically just means, that the islands have been abandoned for so long time, that they have no WG-region (none of the members has been online since you upgraded).

Now I've gone and done visual inspection, it looks like it means no blocks were deleted, so manual cleanup is required before the purged locations can be re-issued
