I believe these are the required changes:
Add JWT Support files to change:
webfrontend/src/pages/Login.vue
Add code to activate usernamePass tab line 116
Alter usernamePassLogin method to deal with new type
Change webfrontendConnecitonData.js to refer to apiaccesssecurity documentation
addAccessCredentials here shouldn't need to be changed as we are using cookies.
webfrontend/src/plugins/callDockjobAPI.js
Also alter the global variable documentation page with new auth type.
