Version from gnome-extensions.org not ready for 3.8 about gnome-shell-permanent-notifications

I'm not the one who has the right to upload it to gnome-extensions.org, but @bonzini is. I just published the code here back then because it wasn't public available and there was no response back then on updating it…

As I don't run Gnome Shell anymore I cannot test what is missing to get it running on Gnome 3.8. Maybe @bonzini has an idea?

I'm entirely aware that you can't do anything about it. But since @bonzini's fork doesn't have an issues section, and GitHub doesn't have a private messaging function, I figured this would be the best place to reach him on GitHub. Users who get mentioned in a discussion get notified of it, so I hope he will see this.
