Wrong result for roaring64_bitmap_contains_range about croaring

I confirm the previous bug has been fixed. I found another one (with the latest version, i.e. commit daad140). I am reopening this issue, since I feel it is related. This code is supposed to print 1 for all the values I test, but it prints 0 for 65535.
