try TensorRT on pelee about pelee

I tried tensorRT on pelee(tensorRT3)
About 115fps on gtx1080(MobileNet-SSD about 150fps on gtx 1080)

Could you please share your tensorRT test code? I faced problems on DetectionOutput layer...

I will update the code to generate a Caffe model that can be run on TensorRT 4.0 directly. To best balance CPU and GPU, you should write the code to decode bounding boxes and NMS on CPU.
About the speed. MobileNet is faster than PeleeNet on GTX 1080 Ti at 300x300 resolution but is slower than PeleeNet at high-resolution input. PeleeNet is faster than MobileNet on TX2, especially at FP16 mode.
