Looks like a potential bug in roslibjs. A very simple test to verify would simply be to store the advertise ID, https://github.com/RobotWebTools/roslibjs/blob/devel/src/core/Topic.js#L98, say with this.advertiseId = 'advertise:' + this.name + ':' + this.ros.idCounter; and send this back with un-advertise, say replace https://github.com/RobotWebTools/roslibjs/blob/devel/src/core/Topic.js#L118 with this.advertiseId

As of RobotWebTools/roslibjs#84, roslibjs uses the same ID to advertise and unadvertise.
@adamantivm, if you experience further problems, please reopen the issue
from rosbridge_suite.
