Create docker-hub account for automated builds about rocker

No, sorry, was so swamped. I guess "for now" I could hook it into my docker hub account. If we get something more official we can always switch. Good enough?

Would it be worth registering a docker hub user 'rocker'? Then we can have images like rocker/rstudio, etc. I think you'd have to create a github user with that name to make the automated builds work, since it looks like docker hub doesn't seem to let you do automated builds from arbitrary public github repos (even by manually adding the commit hooks). Maybe that's too much of a hack.

Plan is now to use the new "Organization" mode on Docker Hub to create a rocker organization. yeehaw! See #22
