[Feature Request] Message only window support about winsafe

I'm aware of the existence of message-only windows, and I somehow get the concept. But personally I never used one, and I never felt the need to use one. That's why I didn't implement one – I don't know what they are for.

So, in order to write a proper implementation, I must ask: what's your specific use case?

I'd like to write a clipboard listener in rust, but I don't want to show a window to users.

And by defining fn events(&self) then writing on().wm(CLIPBOARD_UPDATE, <callback>) (like with your gui module) is more comfort for me, comparing to writing extern "system" fn wnd_proc(hwnd...)

I wrote a preliminar implementation of WindowMessageOnly, but I have no idea how to test it.
