Okay that with the URL change sounds a little bit to hard to me as I am not a developer. But I will try it.
But how can I change the archive title (I guess this is how it is called)?

e.g.

If I have 12 posts a button appears at the bottom "next posts". When I click on that a new site with 2 posts is shown which the title PAGE 2.
How can I translate that?

For changing the title of the page, you should edit the code that you mentioned in your first post. If it didn't work, I'd make sure that your change was correctly updated on the server and that you've cleared any site caches you might be using.
