Missing gd:when and redundant gd:reminder about google-gdata

By default, a recurring event will not contain gd:when elements.  The gd:when
elements are only included if a start-min and/or start-max are specified, in 
which
case gd:when elements will be included for those instances of the recurring 
event
which occur during the the specified time period.  Another query parameter,
singleevents=true, will expand a recurring event into multiple entry objects, 
each
with their own gd:when element.

If there's no gd:when element, a gd:reminder element may appear as a child of 
the
atom:entry.

Something just recently caused my calendars to stop sending the gd$when even 
though I am specifying singleevents = true and both start-min and start-max

Here is an example URL that demonstrates the behavior

Hello, Sorry for the false alert. I was using curl and I needed to escape the 
URL for single quotes and put it in quotes as it was incorrectly interpreting 
the - (dash) as a command line parameter.
