As far as I can see, you do not use the actual transformed_data target anywhere.

You have two independent targets, transformed_data and data_frame, and it is data_frame the one you use in the following targets.

A mock-up of something with the right structure (although you would need to change how load_and_extract_df() work):

tar_target(
  transformed_data,
    load_and_transform_data("~/Lab4/",
      "~/Lab4/_targets/objects/datalist"),
    format = "rds"
  ),
  tar_target(
    data_frame,
    load_and_extract_df(transformed_data),
    format = "rds"
  ),

transformed_data is an argument of data_frame, so targets will know they are connected.
