CLIPS is in the public domain according to the SourceForce project page and FuzzyCLIPS is based on CLIPS.

Since the FuzzyCLIPS project no longer exists, it's hard to know for sure if it's also on the public domain. This page says « The initial user interface and inference engine will be based on the public domain Expert System Shell Fuzzy CLIPS, which is well tested and documented. », so it seems to be...

Besides, I'm simply distributing code that used to be accessible http://www.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/eng/licensing/iit/non-commercial9.html The National Research Council (NRC) used to offer support, but it no longer does! The other option is to loose this software permanently.

If someone brings actual evidence that I should not host the code, I'll remove it. For now, I'm closing this issue. Thanks!

Thanks, I'm searching about Fuzzy tools and came across your repos when looking for FuzzyCLIPS.
And thanks for sharing the code, was hard to find any referent to it.
