Can't build with MinGW 4.8.1 on Windows 8 about cabbage_v1_old

Hi Mike, the problems are related to the fact that you seem to be using the same preprocessor directives for the plugin builds as you are for the standalone. If you use the ones from my bat files it should work ok?

OK, I edited the standalone defines, then copied them. So what you say
makes sense and I probably will be good to go. In that case, I plan to add
Cabbage to the regular Windows installer to appear in the next day or so.
