Fix Travis about moveit.ros.org

Well, the request-plugins-explained branch that you linked to has no .travis.yml, so of course it fails. If all that red color bothers you, you can enable "Build only if .travis.yml is present" in the Travis settings of that repo. On the other hand some sneaky bastard could delete the .travis.yml in their pull request. A better idea would be if @v4hn would rebase #48 onto gh-pages and force-push so that you'd have a .travis.yml in that branch.

There's a different bug remaining though. In #47 you mentioned you get an error saying "GitHub Pages branch not included via configuration." On my fork it works: https://travis-ci.org/mintar/moveit.ros.org/builds/154985024 .

This is because the feature branch in my fork is called travis, and the error you're getting is on gh-pages. Travis by default excludes gh-pages, and we have to explicitly enable it in the .travis.yml. I've opened a PR that fixes this: #59 .
