tf2_sensor_msgs support about simple

Tried to implement the function do_cloud_transformation myself, and I'm hit with not being able to import sensor_msgs.point_cloud2. I could import PyKDL fine when trying to recreate the use I need for tf2_sensor_msgs.

Not sure if your sensor_msgs simple package is accounting for point_cloud2?

Could you test

pip install -U --extra-index-url https://rospypi.github.io/simple/_pre sensor_msgs tf2_sensor_msgs

?
If it's ok, I will release them to https://rospypi.github.io/simple.
