You need to change the "adoption" value in the "input_paramters" section (line 14) of the revs_config.yaml file and run the "test_optimizer.py" program. This will generate the results for the different adoption rates. I have added the "save=True" argument to the centralized and distributed optimization function calls and that should save the results in the respective directories. Try and let me know if this works for you. Sorry about the poor documentation, I will update it shortly.
