@rovo89 : Maybe you need libart.so(and the others libs you replace) from the Shield Tablet.

JVM memory test with Libart.so(Xposed) : 3800 MB/s + break Dolphin Emulation

JVM memory test with Libart.so(Native) : 6200 MB/s and working Dolphin Emulation.

Can you try to extract optimisations from this lib ? It's can be good for others devices too.
