For the C++ part, you will need the complete AOSP source tree, the NDK isn't enough. Download it according to Google's instructions, e.g. to a Ubuntu VM. Then clone the Xposed project to frameworks/base/cmds/xposed (next to the app_process folder, which it is based on). Afterwards, you can execute envsetup (as described by Google) and then "make xposed xposedtest". If you want to have ARMv5 executables, execute "make TARGET_ARCH_VARIANT=armv5te ARCH_ARM_HAVE_TLS_REGISTER=false" Afterwards, copy out/target/product/generic/system/bin/*xposed* to the "assets" folder.
