facepalm, why are you mentioning Kholia's OSX-KVM, and why are you attempting to make a branch/repo containing information, when this Repository is already fully doing that? Your ignorance in not reading is why your passthrough is suffering. Your Windows virtual machines are not taking advantage of the RX 6600 GPU because you are not doing it properly. In any screenshot, you were not doing Dual GPU passthrough properly.
