It's available only in debug builds, on release builds it's blocked by security reasons. I don't know how exactly local qml files could be used by hackers, but if it possible - I prefer protect users from it...

Understood, I'll find a way to notify on download. Also, what about if no QML file is selected, default to:
http://jaruba.github.io/WebchimeraGUI/qml/default.qml

The default.qml will never change location, and always be updated with the latest Webchimera features and more, it also gives Webmasters the possibility of using the plugin as is, without needing to learn QML.

I plan to add link to your project in WebChimera readme (if you will agree), but I don't think it's a good idea to hardcode link to complex UI. Some user could want only very basic ui. Others could add link to your UI, since anyway they have to write special html tag for webchimera using...

I'd be honored if you did, this is all your hard work for a long time now. I'm just starting to unravel the incredible possibilities of what you created.

You can check out the new demos here: http://jaruba.github.io/WebchimeraGUI/

Personaly, I like the 3D Rotate demo, and Whirlwind should be fun for drunk people to play with. :>

Gonna add "Download Demo" and make a php zip generator to always make zip's from the latest content, and an "Edit QML" button so people can play with the demos online.

And yeah, your probably right, defaulting to a UI might be confusing for some that downloaded Webchimera for it's intended use.
