unfortunately, there's currently no server mode for ParZu. However, there's some tricks that you can do to speed up initialization (like compiling the Prolog statistics - see step 5 in the installation instructions in the README).

If this is still too slow, I'm afraid that sticking the files together and then splitting them again is the best solution in the short term.
