Hi, thank you for maintaining this package!
In v1.7.2, the go.mod file specifies the Go version as:
```
go 1.23.0
```
However, according to the [Go modules specification](https://golang.org/ref/mod#go-mod-file-go), the Go version should follow the 1.23 format (without the patch version). Because of this, installing the latest version via go install fails with the following error:
```
go: github.com/rubenv/sql-migrate/...@latest (in github.com/rubenv/[email protected]): go.mod:3: invalid go version '1.23.0': must match format 1.23
```
Would you mind updating the go.mod to use go 1.23 instead?

@im-jongmin-eml , I see this issue was closed and #284 was created to fix, but the PR was closed. Any update on this or will this issue be fixed in the next release?

@aRamirezUT This issue does not need to be fixed.
It was my misunderstanding, so I closed both the PR and the issue.
@im-jongmin-eml, Thank you for pointing that out. The issue was solved by upgrading my go version as mentioned here: https://github.com/golang/go/issues/61888#issuecomment-1711397766
