Command line args are accretive in regard to the default profile and the user profile, so you'll probably want to dump the entire DEFAULTS from shaker/config.py.
Those values will be stored in EBSFactory.config, but you'll only want to dump values for keys in DEFAULTS, I think.
It might also be a handy to dump those values to the LOG.debug().
